Good design is intuitive and aesthetically pleasing while being honest and, most importantly, functional.

Poster Design: Machine Heart
Designed for the annual SVC Wayzgoose poster contest in Seattle, the theme that year was "Man vs Machine" with the caveat that the design could not be warlike or aggressive. The design in the bottom right was ultimately chosen by fellow designers at PBJS to represent us in the competition. A 36x48 linoleum block print is created when a full-size bulldozer rolls over the design. It's a lot of fun.
Roles:
Designer, Linoleum Block Carver

Postcard Design: 1426 Open Studios
Created to promote an Open Studio walk through, the design features a painting I created with felt tip marker on wood panel.
Roles:
Designer, Artist

T-Shirt Design: Cowboy Space Cat

T-Shirt Design: Fuerte Muerte
Created for a tournament soccer team in Seattle, Washington. We did not win the tournament. In fact, we lost every game. We still had fun though and our unis looked cool.

PBJS Super Ultra Action Battle Diorama
For the annual PBJS Holiday Party White Elephant Gift Extravaganza, I broke out the art school skills and crafted this diorama featuring portraits of my co-workers battling it out. Traditionally green army men were rebranded as PBJS pink. The entire scene was put together inside a foldable index card box with custom created graphics. I believe the scene now resides in the office of Senior VP, Marty Cole in PBJS Seattle.

Designer, Paper Cutter
